How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
To ensure maximum flavor, we roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Every bag features a 'Roasted On' date so you can track its peak freshness.
Do you offer different grind sizes?
Yes, you can choose from Whole Bean, French Press, Drip, or Espresso grinds. Simply select your preferred grind on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your coffee's journey.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
Since coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your coffee subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic United States. We are working on expanding our reach to bring Toffee Coffee Roasters to international enthusiasts soon.
