Returns & Exchanges
At Toffee Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; if your roast or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for quality control, coffee beans must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our roastmasters inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
